Job Title: Accountant - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing expense and revenue-related processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial success of the organization. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Manage expense and revenue-related processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and support financial integrity.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, helping to buy back time for the Finance and Operations teams.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist in serving internal stakeholders by providing accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Maxio, Xero, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• 3-4 years of accounting experience.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage financial records and contribute to financial process improvements.

Nice-to-Haves:

• CPA license or equivalent.
• Experience with accounting for SaaS or other recurring revenue models.
