Position Overview:

Sagan is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our operations, from sourcing and screening candidates to account management and marketing. The ideal candidate will be a versatile leader with startup experience, capable of managing multiple functions and communicating effectively with team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote Sagan's brand and services.
  • Provide account management support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and refine operational processes and strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes.
  • Lead team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively with all team members and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in startups.
  • Experience managing teams of 30+ employees.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly, especially no-code platforms.
  • Excellent English language skills.
