We are looking for a Director GTM Strategy to join our dynamic Business Operations Unit

In this role, you will be responsible for developing our mid- and long term strategic vision by driving our GTM strategy.

This role requires a leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational requirements, ensuring alignment across various functions within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and communicate, with a long-range focus, a mid and long-term go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and operating model
  • Establish and spearhead a high-performing, focused strategy team responsible for developing and driving initiatives in corporate strategy, GTM approach, pricing, and market strategy.
  • Create our strategy paper and keep this document up to date and clearly communicated to the wider organization.
  • Analyze current market positioning and performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Anticipate market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities by looking into aspects like pricing and overall market research
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives for daily operations, partnering closely with the GTM Operations Team and other senior management team.
  • Develop actionable initiatives to keep the company on track with its strategic objectives and market goals
  • Ensure that short-term actions are aligned with long-term objectives and contribute to overall strategic success
  • Communicate all components of the go-to-market strategy into a clear, compelling narrative to the stakeholder
  • Provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the strategy
