What you will do:

• Work closely with the Product team to drive growth by analysing and optimising virality loops, LTV, referral programs and other growth-oriented campaigns in the app.
• Work in a cross-functional team which includes a Product manager, Engineers, Designers, QA.
• Be a part of working on new and existing features aimed at bringing in more users and keeping them in the app for longer
• Combine data engineering, statistical analysis and data visualization skills to generate insights and find opportunities for product development,
• Define metrics and KPIs relevant to the product objectives and analyse the factors that influence these metrics,
• Design, conduct and analyze A/B tests with the recommendations.

What we expect from you

• Advanced SQL (window functions, subqueries) and Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn)
• Ability to write production-ready code (docker, git, airflow)
• Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
• Product-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and proactive mindset
• Excellent English-speaking skills to communicate effectively within the team
• Mastery of balancing between self-management and dynamic teamwork
• ML experience will be an advantage
