About the Role

The Senior Social Selling Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social selling strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. This role will leverage thought leadership to enhance brand presence, drive lead generation, and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in LinkedIn, a proven track record in social selling, and the ability to craft and execute thought leadership strategies that resonate with target audiences.



What you’ll do

Develop and Execute Social Selling Strategies:

  • Create and implement innovative social selling strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads on LinkedIn.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage with potential clients and industry influencers.

Thought Leadership:

  • Develop a thought leadership strategy that positions Penbrothers as an industry leader.
  • Create compelling content, including articles, posts, and videos, that showcases the company’s expertise and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce and promote thought leadership materials.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for LinkedIn.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions.
  • Utilize social listening tools to stay informed about industry trends and conversations.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social selling efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on social selling performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on social selling techniques and LinkedIn best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social selling strategies with overall business objectives.
