Position Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Integration Technician to support the integration of property management software tools for our members. This role focuses on delivering automation solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, helping members streamline their workflows and integrate various technology systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zapier, Integromat, Make, and APIs, as well as a strong understanding of automation processes in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Support: Assist members in automating workflows by integrating property management software tools through platforms like Zapier, Integromat, and Make.
  • System Integration: Interface with APIs to connect and automate various software systems used by property management professionals.
  • Project Coordination: Manage your schedule to provide timely support and integration services to members.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize tools such as AirTable, Monday.com, and others to create and manage automated workflows.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to members, ensuring the successful implementation of integration solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in the no-code/low-code space to provide the best solutions to members.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in systems integration, particularly in property management, is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Zapier, Integromat, Make, APIs, and other relevant software tools is crucial.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Notion, Propertyware, Property Meld, and LeadSimple.
