This role is open to remote work location.

As a Data Coordinator you will organize data for use by analysts and clients. Your pirmary responsibilities include cleaning and curating data, running data queries, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of databases.

Duties
  • Using SQL and similar software to run data queries.
  • Maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of databases.
  • Taking extra security precautions when handling personally identifiable data.
  • Adhering to company data guidelines, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Transforming or transferring data upon request.
  • Maintaining data on storage devices such as servers, flash drives, and other external devices.
  • Performing data requests in a timely manner.
  • Preparing data for meetings and presentations.
  • Communicating data reports to clients.
  • Ensuring data is adequately backed up.
  • Assisting staff and clients with data entry methods 
  • Training clients on data entry/maintenance processes and tools.
Required Experience
  • Associates’ Degree and 6 months to 1 year relevant experience or 4 years relevant work experience with HS diploma.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate directly with clients.  
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems or related field.
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD, SQL and Workflow & Asset Management software preferred. 
  • Direct hands on experience in an CRM systems environment preferred. 
  • Prior Materials Management or Sterile Processing experienced preferred. 
  • Lean process knowledge and experience preferred. 
  • Experience with database administration.
  • Proficiency with database languages such as SQL.

 Pay range for this opportunity is $38,500.00 - $53,812.50. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

 

Employees (and their families) may enroll in our company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans and the company’s 401k plan. Employees are covered by an employee assistance program (also available to household members) and long-term disability. Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability.  Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
