Then you might be the person we are looking for!

FactFinder is the European leader within product discovery and search and our AI powered technology is used by hundreds of eCommerce's to help create a great purchasing experience and improve their revenue. To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced self-driven product manager that would like to make a difference for our customers.
You will be based at our Berlin office and together with the Product and Development teams you will discover new product opportunities, shape the product roadmap and bring product features all the way from idea to value creation for our customers. Your mission
  • Discover new product opportunities based on product data, customer feedback, market and competitive insights
  • Conceptualise features and bring them all the way from development to value creation for our customers
  • Detail requirements and manage the product development process to ensure progress towards goals
  • Work closely with the development team to achieve the goals together
  • Work with customers to test new product features and understand their main challenges and opportunities for feature improvements
  • Plan product releases and launches in collaboration with Marketing and facilitate the creation of launch material and documentation
  • Train the Operations, Marketing and Sales organisation in new products and features
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience as Product Manager preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Technical background and a strong business acumen
  • Previously working with eCommerce tech and experience with AI is beneficial
  • Mission driven doing what it takes to achieve our goals and willing to handle and solve problems also if it falls out of formal responsibility
  • A collaborative team player that nurtures the best ideas and arguments
  • Caring about the customer above all and being their voice across the organization and the development team
  • Responsible finisher that makes sure aspects to create customer value through product development are handled
  • High proficiency in English language
