Description

Acadia is a modern media and growth agency. We have a bottoms-up, audience-based approach to media that is very accountable and addressable. Media is not “one thing” at Acadia — it can be many things.  Acadia is a very agile agency environment, with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality needed across all employees.

We're seeking an enthusiastic digital media planner and  buyer/analyst.  This role will primarily handle the execution and reporting  of integrated media efforts (digital media and — where it makes sense — traditional media) across a variety of clients and assist the team in strategy and planning efforts, as needed.

Enough about us, let’s get to the YOU:

  • You are an up-and-coming planner/buyer/analyst who is eager to learn, maybe with some  hands-on-keyboard experience executing campaigns

  • You carry an enthusiastic attitude; a willingness to help where needed, a passion for digital marketing, and for using data to drive consumer marketing decisions.

  • You want  to be behind the wheel of execution of omnichannel media strategy

  • You live for numbers and have a passion for data driven reporting and decision making

  • You like to problem solve and have an eye for detail

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Learn and assist in the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly strategies to support the achievement of client KPIs

  • Assist in the RFP to partners, providing a thoughtful and efficient media approach

  • Become the expert on execution, management, and optimization of insight-driven media that support the achievement of client KPIs

  • Develop data backed reports and thoughtful insights for internal and external stakeholders on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis - as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

To reach the goals above, you must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:

  • Be willing to learn and utilize platforms like MSFT (formerly Xandr), TradeDesk, AdQuick, and MNTN to build, traffic, and optimize digital media campaigns including but not limited to the following channels: CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, and Digital Out of Home – outside of the walled gardens of Meta and Google

  • Perform digital ad operations such as: creative trafficking, media and site tag implementation, and marketing analytics using web, analytic, site and platform tools

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance data and drive continuous improvements towards KPIs

  • Work alongside planners to develop proactive recommendations for improvement and tactical recommendations

  • Develop strategic insight into programmatic platforms and best practices to be used across planning and reporting initiatives

  • Develop and launch tests spanning measurement, geography, channels, etc.

  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports, milestones, and feedback throughout client campaigns

  • Assist in evaluating new vendors, tools, and software as required

  • Stay up to date with industry capabilities, trends, and best practices through ongoing learning engagements and research

Qualifications

Must:

  • Be eligible to work within the United States without requirement for work or visa sponsorship

  • Be willing to work east coast hours: approx. 9-5

  • Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 0-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, reporting, and ad tech

  • Have understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic landscape

  • Have excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Be self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
