Project:You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Spanish speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
What you will be doing:
Management of incoming calls and email
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
Fluency in Czech language (must be C1+)
Communicative level of English language (B2+)
You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
Base salary: 1300€ gross per 14 months
Performance Bonus of: up to 250€ gross per month
Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
