Compensation Pay Range:

$78,000.00 - $99,000.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.  Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Under minimal supervision an IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst II will work with Infrastructure teams to define project requirements and create system documentation. The position will work with Infrastructure teams, project managers and other internal and external parties as needed to help facilitate the successful completion of company projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead, supervise, and mentor the IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst I. This includes managing their workload and assigning tasks as needed.

Maintain an understanding of project management principles to serve as the point person for other team.

Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and users to gather, define, and document infrastructure project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource, and configuration requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate infrastructure project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes and action items.

Lead the project team in identifying issues and risks associated with the infrastructure project, and formulate plans to mitigate each.

Support the infrastructure teams in reporting and communicating project status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

Lead the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.

Act as the liaison between infrastructure and application development teams, relaying information in an easily to understand manner.

Represent infrastructure interests and ensure that all technical designs meet business needs.

Assist the infrastructure and application development teams to complete service design packages and maintain service catalog, along with its supporting documents.

Report on the overall health of IT Infrastructure and the supported applications.

Support documentation and audit activities around Sarbanes-Oxley, Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standards and other regulatory requirements.

Manage communication, submission, and verification of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts for the infrastructure team.

Assist with annual project, capacity, and budget planning.

Maintain an understanding of project management principles.

Recommend process improvements to IT Infrastructure and Analyst related tasks.

Assist with prioritizing projects and communicate with stake holders accordingly.

Accurately complete and submits status reports in a timely manner.

Value internal and external customers and responds to their needs as they arise.

Prepare and deliver frequent project updates to IT Infrastructure management and/or Project Manager.

Propose solutions to problems and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing customer needs.

All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in direct support of business organizations

Analytic mindset with a general understanding of project management principles (waterfall, scrum agile, Kanban)

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Must be able to learn independently, work well in a team environment, and prioritize workload accordingly

Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications

Desired:

Experience with MS Office including Visio

Working knowledge of Planview and Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, etc)
