HRIS Analyst

We are looking for a HRIS Analyst who will be:

Our technology experts work with our internal customers to provide and deliver Human Resources products and services in an efficient and effective manner to our employees. Additionally, we work to ensure our programs meet our global workforce needs to attract and retain employees. Our focus is on being simple, scalable and sustainable with programs that align to our performance-based culture.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive in approach and ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team
• Possesses strong, planning, execution and multitasking skills and has demonstrated ability to re-prioritize in the moment
• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Triage of help desk tickets for the HR systems.
• Perform and support testing including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation, contribute to test strategies and assist HR team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
• Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
• Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through periodic reviews and audits. Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in an HR environment working with global HR systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday
• Hands on experience on HCM core concepts, benefits, compensation, Time Off, EIB’s and report writer.
• Experience troubleshooting the transactions/tasks related to business processes, reports and other issues.
• Knowledge on other concepts such as recruiting , security and payroll in a global environment.
• Experience working directly with global internal clients and user audiences on site and virtually.
