What you’ll be doing...
As a MTS-III, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP UI5-based solutions in collaboration with functional team members and mostly independently. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in consulting with clients to understand their business needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
Designing, developing, testing, and implementing SAP UI5/SAP Fiori based solutions in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborating with business teams to gather requirements, provide solutions and recommendations and identify process and system opportunities of improvements
Integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend systems and other APIs, understanding of wireframes usages and suggesting improvements and/or corrections based on user requirements.
Activation and modification of Fiori apps.
Participating in testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging and resolving technical issues related to functionality supporting various projects.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project managers.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of development methodologies
Staying updated with the latest advancements in SAP Fiori technology and continuously enhancing your skills.

What we’re looking for...
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
Four years of hands-on experience as an SAP Fiori/UI5
Excellent Proficiency in SAP Fiori/ UI5.
Good knowledge of tools usage such as WebIDE and GitHub
Good Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies
Strong understanding of SAP Gateway, OData services, and SAP backend integration
Experience with SAP Fiori design principles, SAP Fiori Elements, and SAP Fiori Launchpad Configurations
Understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes at high level.
Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting custom as well as standard Fiori applications
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
SAP certification in SAP Fiori/ SAP UI5.
Knowledge of ReactJS.
Knowledge of RAP, BTP and other new tools and techniques for eg. BAS, WorkZone.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
