Job description

Our client, a successful iGaming company with over 900 employees, has spent the past four years growing its B2C product, managing 10 popular online casino brands. As they embark on an exciting new venture—a slot-game development studio—they are seeking a visionary CEO to lead this initiative. Significant resources will be allocated to this project, and they are looking for a leader to craft the strategy, build the team, and achieve the studio's ambitious goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute both long-term and short-term strategies for the studio’s success;
  • Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and expand market presence;
  • Product Development: Lead the entire product development process, ensuring innovative and high-quality slot games;
  • Partnerships: Forge strong partnerships with key industry players to fuel the studio’s growth and reach;
  • Marketing Leadership: Establish or enhance marketing capabilities to effectively promote the studio’s slot games to a global audience;
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives;
  • KPI Management: Set clear KPIs for all departments and regularly monitor performance to ensure targets are met;
  • Financial Oversight: Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and ensure financial stability.


Requirements:


  • Language proficiency: B2+ level of English, Ua/Ru - native/fluent level;
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in slot-game development, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within a B2B gaming company, or 5 years of total industry experience; in-depth understanding of the gaming market, slot-game development, and emerging trends;
  • Business Development: Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion in a competitive industry;
  • Marketing & Product Launch: Deep expertise in marketing strategies and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch;
  • Tech-Savvy: Solid technological understanding of slot-game development processes and how to leverage them for innovation;
  • Process Optimization: Skilled in defining and optimizing processes, establishing KPIs, and driving efficiency;
  • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, decision-making, and remote team management abilities;
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strategic thinker with an innovative approach to leadership and company management.


Would be a plus:


  • Startup Experience: Experience launching new businesses or startups, with a strong understanding of finance and partnership models.
