We are seeking a Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst - IT HR Systems to join our team. As a Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst - IT HR Systems, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.

Who we are looking for:

Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst - IT HR Systems in a similar role to join our HR Systems team. In this role you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday Time & Absence solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Time Tracking including hands-on configuration experience in a large-scale global environment. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide global coverage for Time & Absence Tracking including America, EMEA and APJC regions.

  • Translate business needs with configuration in the Workday system.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the region norms and statutory requirements.

  • Support design discussions and hold meetings for requirements gathering clarifications.

  • Support time management and absence for the above regions.

Additional details:

4+ years of experience with Time & Absence module of Workday is required. Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organization. Certifications: Workday Time Tracking is required.
