Job description

Job Description
  • Responsible for selling solution, the candidate with consultative selling skill shall provide standard service contract to the customer, determine and develop approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.
  • Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations, effectively communication needed.
  • Accountable for the territory, and responsible for developing customer, and leverage the internal and external resource to expand the marketing share and improve the customer satisfaction. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively create sales opportunities to current or new customers/partners.
  • Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively.
  • Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity, especially maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales performance goals, and create monitors and revises lead generation plans.
  • Expand CrossLab Branding.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or master-s degree or University Degree or equivalent, major at chemical or food safety or pharmaceutical or environmental protection related.
  • At least 3 years working experience in laboratory / chemical products, sales background is preferred.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.
  • Highly motivated creative and result oriented.
  • Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
