The Job in a NutshellπŸ’‘

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with a robust background in operations to drive the scaling of our dynamic and multifaceted restaurant operations. This role is key to enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our business. As an Operations Coordinator, you will focus on optimizing performance across our entire portfolio, including all verticals and convenience vendors.

What You Will DoπŸ’‘
  • Restaurant Training: Includes installation of the Mrsool system at partner locations.
  • Operational Improvement: Ensure and enhance restaurant operations, increase order acceptance rates, and reduce vendor delays.
  • New Configurations: Implement new configurations to support operational processes.
  • Proactive Liaison: Communicate proactively with restaurants, investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Issue Analysis and Resolution: Identify the causes of operational issues, symptoms, diagnosis, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including account management, driver operations, customer service, and others.
  • Performance Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze restaurant performance data and prepare reports.
  • Training and Support: Schedule and conduct training for new and existing restaurant partners, troubleshoot issues, and handle tech replacements.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓

Experience: 1-2 years in operations or logistics, with a preference for experience in the food/grocery tech industry.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems to start contributing effectively from day one.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Transportation: Valid driving license and own a car.
