Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search and YouTube advertising
  
• Upload creative assets and ensure they meet platform specifications
  
• Set up and manage campaign budgets across multiple platforms
  
• Create and implement UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking
  
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
  
• Rename creative assets as needed for organizational purposes
  
• Work efficiently to execute campaigns based on provided blueprints and kickoff documents
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid social and search advertising
  
• Proficiency in major social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including search and YouTube advertising
  
• Familiarity with UTM parameters and campaign tracking methods
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to work Eastern business hours

• Monday to Friday
  
• 12pm to 4pm Eastern
