Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

As a Recruitment Researcher in the asset management division, you will leverage your industry knowledge to identify, attract, and engage top professionals in asset management. You will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies and building a robust talent pipeline to meet the specific needs of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research to identify potential candidates with the required expertise in asset management.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the asset management industry, including trends, key players, and job roles.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, databases, networking events) to build a talent pool.

- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and refine search criteria.

- Pre-screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess their qualifications and interest levels.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the CRM system.

- Assist in the preparation of market maps and reports to support business development and recruitment strategies.



Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in asset management is highly preferred.

- Proven experience in recruitment research, ideally within the asset management or financial services sector.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret industry data and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.

- Proficiency in using recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a similar role within a recruitment agency or an asset management firm.

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
