Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical assistance to VC3 clients via phone, email, and webchat
- Troubleshoot various IT issues, including email, network, software, and hardware
- Follow 'The VC3 Way' standards for consistent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and timesheets, escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in on-call rotation and attend training/team meetings as required
