Job Description

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is Business Value or Microsoft Azure Value Business Value. Building model for potential prospects to move into the cloud networking.

Key projects: This role will contribute to build monthly reports for the RoB on the team. Working with 3 team members to pull monthly reports. Help build an enablement framework for the team and training for new employee's.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:

Build and maintain a repository of team deliverables.

Develop processes and procedures to guide daily operations and execution of our programs, driving clarity and efficiency. This includes developing monthly/quarterly/yearly "Rhythm of the Business” document for leadership team. Maintain a calendar of key dates and develop a "workback schedule” to ensure team meets deadlines.

Oversee Program Management activities such as Enablement Framework for the team, BVA Messaging Deck Updates, BVA Tools Process Documentation, and similar.

Bring clarity through broad team communications and documentation. Update Stakeholder Maps and Relationship Maps as needed.

Oversee team event planning including team offsites and other internal and external team events.

Engage with infrastructure and wider teams to help prioritize and optimize deliverables to support broader program objectives.

Help adapt existing processes to the latest organizational needs, always considering the most efficient way to deliver results.

Prioritize outcomes—not ownership—to ensure the integrated team achieves efficiently.

Communicate with precision and clarity to drive alignment in stakeholder teams.

Effectively collaborate, build relationships, and influence team members to achieve program objectives.

Report out to executive leadership on a periodic basis.

Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in business/product/technical program management OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficient working with (and learning) other productivity tools including business applications (e.g. sales), Sharepoint, reporting, and dashboards.

Experience with cross-organizational / cross-group communication spanning multiple stakeholders across a wider organization.

Summary

Job Responsibilities
