Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Gameplay Engineer to join our innovative game development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in game development, exceptional programming skills, and a strong understanding of gameplay systems. If you are passionate about creating engaging gaming experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and architect new game systems
  • Refine systems throughout the development cycle of the project
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers for feature development
  • Write clear, maintainable, and portable code
  • Utilize strong debugging skills to ensure the quality of gameplay systems

Some Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of experience in game development as a Gameplay Engineer
  • Robust programming skills and experience in C++
  • Solid architecture, system design, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable, and portable code

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
