Your missions

GoTeam is currently in search of a Spanish Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. As the primary liaison for our wholesale accounts worldwide, you'll deliver exceptional service, nurture relationships, and support our Sales Teams. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. You have the opportunity to work with a client with a rich history, founded in 1993 in New York City, and known for introducing a groundbreaking patented pointe shoe. As a global brand, the company supplies dance products to specialized stores nationwide and international distributors, aiming to empower dancers as artists and athletes through innovative solutions that enhance performance and foster artistic expression.


Work Setup:

  • US Time-zone


Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to the company's wholesale accounts globally.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships by sharing crucial information with each account.
  • Serve as a courteous and helpful point of contact via phone calls and emails to address customer inquiries, orders, and concerns.
  • Assist wholesale accounts and Sales Teams with support as needed, adhering to customer service protocols and order entry procedures.
  • Initiate and oversee improvements to enhance customer experience in collaboration with other departments.
  • Report to both US and International Sales Directors.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates with experience in ballet is a must!
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish being a requirement, and knowledge of additional languages being advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer service principles is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary for conducting effective phone conversations.
  • Proficient written communication skills, especially in composing professional emails, are required.


The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to accurately follow instructions.
