Overview

AGM Benefit Solutions is seeking a full time, Voluntary Benefits Specialist on our Client Services Team to join our team of professionals. AGM Voluntary Benefits Specialists help educate and enroll employees in their company benefit plans, assist employees filing supplemental insurance claims, and provide benefits administration support to AGM policy holders and accounts. This is a salary position with an opportunity to earn weekly bonuses with a hybrid work schedule. Operating hours are Monday-Friday 8 -30 AM - 5 -00 PM.

The Client Service Representatives will help educate and enroll employees in their company benefit plans, assist employees in filing supplemental insurance claims, and provide benefits administration support to AGM policyholders and accounts.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service - 1-2 years
  • Employee Benefits Experience - 1-2 years
  • Life & Health insurance license required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must have good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
