The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

Installing and configuring software and hardware systems
Ensuring all devices are operational and properly maintained
Performing regular system and security updates
Monitoring device performance and troubleshooting issues
Assisting users with hardware and software issues
Managing user access and security systems
Documenting procedures and maintaining device management records
Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices
Collaborating with other IT professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.

Ideal Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Device Management Administrator or IT Administrator similar role.
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Device security, Remote Device Monitoring, Enterprise Endpoint Security and Device Management Administrator
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
