The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Installing and configuring software and hardware systems
  • Ensuring all devices are operational and properly maintained
  • Performing regular system and security updates
  • Monitoring device performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Assisting users with hardware and software issues
  • Managing user access and security systems
  • Documenting procedures and maintaining device management records
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices
  • Collaborating with other IT professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
  • Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Device Management Administrator or IT Administrator similar role.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Device security, Remote Device Monitoring, Enterprise Endpoint Security and Device Management Administrator
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
