ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Marketing Operations and Analytics Automation Lead is a key role, responsible for supporting the robust marketing tech stack and overall technology ecosystem of the B2B Marketing team for WeddingPro. The ideal candidate has a passion for martech and a deep understanding of marketing automation systems, integrations and B2B marketing database management. This role will partner with Enterprise, Product/Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Education, and Paid Media stakeholders to translate their business needs into requirements and technical solutions. This role will report to the Manager of Marketing Analytics and Operations, and work alongside the Marketing Operations team under the US Vendor Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary knowledge center for Marketing’s technology stack and lead lifecycle processes (Pardot, Salesforce, Proprietary CRM, ON24, Zapier, Unbounce, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Integrate, manage, and enhance martech systems to optimize system performance, processes, and executional capabilities
  • Collaborate with Data Operations, Sales Operations and Enterprise teams to ensure seamless data capture, data management and integrations between systems
  • Support the B2B Marketing campaign hierarchy and reporting framework to convey customer intent to drive B2B strategy
  • Analyze marketing operations strategies, processes, and database to drive quality lead identification and increase lead conversion across all channels
  • Own custom scoring models in our marketing automation platform (Pardot), and partner with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to ensure continuity with distribution and prospect scoring
  • Partner with our legal team to lead compliance with all appropriate Privacy, Information Security, Data Governance protocols and laws
  • Develop, deploy, and optimize best practices, enablement and documentation that guides teams in standardized operating procedures for the marketing operations team that promote scalability and predictability
  • Drive the implementation of new tools to our marketing tech stack, including rollout plans and communications upwards and across
  • Manage B2B marketing vendor relationships through evaluating new vendors in conjunction with our Enterprise team, and managing procurement and renewal processes
  • Partner with the Enterprise team to build and manage API integrations with martech, make customizations to Salesforce to meet marketing needs, etc.
  • Support martech audits and project manage all critical marketing tech stack migrations when necessary
  • Ability to build and develop campaign reporting, and share actionable insights with stakeholder teams to drive campaign optimization efforts

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING OPERATIONS AND ANALYTICS AUTOMATION LEAD CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or marketing automation
  • Previous SaaS experience highly preferred; understanding of the SaaS business model required
  • Extensive background in marketing automation tool management such as Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and vendor relationship process
  • Intimate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVA a plus
  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and advocating for your ideas and insights
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
  • Analytical problem solver and decision maker with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Preferred experience working with MarTech tools such as ON24, Unbounce, Vidyard, Wordpress, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of global data privacy laws, including but not limited to CCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL
