What will you do as a Global Strategic Account Manager?

As Global Strategic Account (GSA) Manager you will be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Main tasks:

  • Identify current and future business opportunities for designated Global Strategic Accounts optimizing their strategic success factors
  • Maximize sales identifying compelling customer value propositions at all designated Strategic Account locations and influencing them to have Videojet as their preferred supplier
  • Lead progress of each GSA project through regular funnel reviews using our CRM Salesforce
  • Use successes at individual sites to win business at all sites of the designated Strategic Accounts


What do you need to succeed as a GSA Manager?

  • A proven track record in Sales Management with Multinational Corporation
  • Successful account management in a complex “matrixed” organization
  • Ability to prioritize and to work on both long term and short-term projects.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Business, Engineering or technical undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
