We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant - Fluent in English, for an indefinite post-go-live support assignment. This is a 100% remote role, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. While fluency in English is essential, proficiency in German is a plus, as the end client is based in Germany.

Requisitos

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a specific focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in post-go-live support projects, preferably in organizations of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience in SAP OpenText is a plus.
• Language German and English
  
  

Responsibilities

• Incident- and Problem Management
• SLA support requirements/SLA reports
• Coordination higher-tier 3rd level support (SAP)
• Release management and updates
• Analysis and recommendation
• Data Migration from Legacy system to SAP
• Seamless integration of existing system with SAP system for exchange of data between the existing applications and SAP
• Assessment of existing IT infrastructure & propose upgradation required
• Provide change request documentation
• Transfer of documentation (workbooks)
• Comparison of configuration with documentation
• Custom report development
• Dedicated Point of Contact
