As a Coordinator - Recruitment Administration, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between all parties. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing interview scheduling process
  • Supporting recruitment team in terms of other administrative tasks as requested
  • Day to day contact with senior stakeholders, Hiring Managers, internal & external candidates - by phone and email
  • Working with recruitment systems and technologies and ensuring they are being used effectively
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required


What you need to have to be successful:

  • Fluent Czech and English – both spoken and written
  • Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively work in a team, as well as individually
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration area or customer-service - interview scheduling is nice to have
