E-commerce Functional Consultant

Platforms Center of Excellence is a highly professional unit. You will be joining the team with the primary focus on DXP & E-commerce practice covering pre-sales, architecture planning and design, solution development and implementation, post-implementation support, and development of solution accelerators, proof of concepts (PoC), and demos.

The team consists of over 70 professionals (architects, engineers, consultants, QC Engineers) and is consistently growing.

IF YOU ARE

• Having experience as a platforms consultant, business analyst, product owner, or product manager in the IT space
• Proficient in implementing e-commerce projects and its best practices
• Good at gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable plans
• Familiar with e-commerce processes and best practices
• Professional in e-commerce platforms (e.g. Adobe Commerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, Commercetools, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
• Well-versed in Agile software delivery methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as Jira
• Agile and ready to guide client stakeholders, providing and suggesting solutions
• Capable of communicating in English to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of e-commerce solutions that meet business requirements
• Work with various e-commerce platforms and solutions
• Lead and deliver presentations, workshops, training, and creative brainstorming sessions to prospects, customers, and internal teams
• Demonstrate solutions functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Gather, define, and document business requirements
• Perform analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Plan and conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive and focused
• Engage in training content development and end-user training delivery
