Responsibilities:

Develop or assist in the development of work plans, specifications, task sequencing, and to the extent where tasks may have to be performed concurrently
Design, implement and manage SQL-based integrations
Monitor critical applications using application monitoring and dashboarding tools
Monitor enterprise-wide application performance and create reports based on data analysis gathered from application behavior
Participate in all major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis calls and provide expert troubleshooting support, as needed
Attend daily scrums to report status of assigned tasks and proactively address tasks
High familiarity and willing to learn new tools (M365, especially Power BI) and self-starter on new projects by collaborating with users and stakeholders on any additional needs
Prepare reports, documentation and dashboards in SharePoint
Prepare presentations for client

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues with a distributed system environment. Proficiency in system architecture and cloud services
Demonstrate ability to dissect intricate problems, employ critical thinking, and apply systematic approaches to isolate and resolve issues efficiently.
Enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to development, troubleshooting and managing scalable applications
Familiarity with PowerShell, PowerApps, PowerQuery, DAX, SSRS, or Azure DevOps is preferred, but not required
Must be customer service oriented and client first attitude

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline and 5+ years’ work experience

Clearance:

The ability to pass a Tier 1/Low Background Investigation

Location:

100% Remote, USA
Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Time)

Pay Range:

The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
