Job Description

Relevant Experience (Years): 2-4 Years

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Experience in PEGA Robotics Automation development , scripting and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA RPA Studio , PEGA Runtime and Robot Manager
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .Net , Python is desired
  • Hands on experience in writing custom C# scripting for the RPA processes
  • Hands-on experience in developing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements
  • Working knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk , log insight
  • Knowledge working in Azure cloud environment
  • Must have a PEGA RPA certification

Experience Required.

  • A Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Must have 3+ years of proven development experience working on live projects in PEGA RPA
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Experience working with Healthcare domain is a plus
  • Experience working with JIRA and Kanban board
  • Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up the Pega RPA environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc.)
  • Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms and ensure their smooth operation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner
  • Assist in deployment of new PEGA RPA processes and updates to existing ones.
  • Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed
  • Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PEGA RPA technologies
  • Develop on-demand reports from production database
  • Work independently and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long term solutions
