Who We Are

Ocado is a UK-based company admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (Ticker OCDO). It comprises one of the world's largest dedicated online grocery retailers, operating its own grocery and general merchandise retail businesses under Ocado.com and other specialist shop banners, together with its Ocado Solutions division.

Ocado Intelligent Automation (OIA) is a newly formed division of Ocado Group, the world’s most successful grocery e-commerce technology company. OIA’s charter is to sell Ocado’s MHE and software to non-grocers.

OIA has two primary product lines. The first is the Ocado Storage and Retrieval System (OSRS), the world’s highest-performance tote-based goods-to-person solution. The second is the Ocado Mobile Robotic Solution (OMRS), our robot-guided picking solution for person-to-goods fulfilment. Together these product lines have a powerful business proposition for e-commerce fulfilment and omni-channel operations, and demand is strong.
