Web Developer (Contract)

CaryHealth was founded in 2017 as a direct to consumer digital pharmacy experience and has since expanded to be an expansive platform serving pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans and health systems. The CaryHealth platform includes our digital pharmacy experience CaryRx, OneDash for population management and Clair our proprietary AI model & copilot. Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Developer to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

Website Development:

• Build website features and functionality using webflow including the use of multiple webflow versions.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

Continual Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into the web design and development process.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues to ensure smooth functioning.

Website Revamp:

• Revamp the current website by redesigning the home page with audience-specific navigation, enhancing visual appeal with updated branding, moving illustrations, and banners, integrating credibility logos, and adding a central login button for streamlined access.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Web Developer using Webflow
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in using webflow CMS and other Webflow functionalities
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
