About Our Client

For our client we are looking for an HR Project Manager a.i. for the period of 12 months with the possibility of extension to a minimum of 18 months.

Job Description

As an HR Project Manager a.i. you will handle a variety of tasks:

  • Contribute to the budget, yearly plan, and HR strategy including german market
  • Responisble for drawing up and implementing a new mobility policy
  • Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (ATS and HRIS software)
  • Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in HR project management with German market;
  • Conversational German;
  • HR transformation expert (implementation, change management);
  • Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience with complex project roles, preferably in an international setting;
  • Knowledge of and experience with NL and German labor legislation and specific company regulations.
