Job Description

  • Define and establish company-wide goals and objectives, and develop comprehensive short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve them.
  • Create, execute, and oversee business plans while ensuring efficient operations across all departments.
  • Provide the Board with market insights, strategic recommendations, and comprehensive reports on the company's performance and activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with business partners, shareholders, authorities, and the public through effective engagements and events.
  • Drive national sales targets by focusing on unit sales, market share growth, and efficient budgeting to maximise company profitability.
  • Lead successful product launches and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand image and elevating the company's public profile.


The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven track record in high-level management within the automotive sector.
  • Broad experience in various areas such as marketing, sales, after-sales, and business growth.
  • Expert in crafting and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong business insight combined with extensive networking capabilities.
  • Effective in driving performance, making strategic decisions, and leading teams.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and international best practices.
  • Expertise in business strategy, leadership, sales and marketing, product management, and expansion strategies.
