The Opportunity:

The Reference Analyst is responsible for supporting the oracle health customer marketing team in addition to other tasks, programs and ad-hoc requests. This role demands a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to handle highly confidential information within tight deadlines while maintaining 100% accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets in various Oracle databases and implement new systems and processes quickly.
  • Coordinate time-sensitive tasks, organize information effectively.
  • Audit processes and tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Consolidate information and generate relevant reports.
  • Track pipeline status changes, data validation, and risk flagging.
  • Manage bulk upload requests, website traffic data, and report on results and trends over time.
  • Be in constant and timely communication with program lead and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain responses and populate systems to meet deadlines.
  • Provide recurrent updates to the program lead.
  • Educate / train people within the company on the standard model, processes, and tools
  • Work closely with the in-country Sales Managers, Sales Operations contacts, Communications Managers, Customer Engagement Managers on securing specific customer approvals
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to gather and record inputs and help improve processes, SLAs and tools.
  • Advise and advocate for what you need to accomplish your objectives.

  • must be familiar with various internal Oracle tools eg. APEX, CSP, OCIP and comfortable with or able to quickly learn Excel, Wrike, etc.
  • APEX programming experience (or willingness to learn) a huge plus
