Job Title: Lexis Nexis Technical Product Owner
Location: Remote

Overview: As a Lexis Nexis Technology Product Owner at Razor, serving Healthfirst, you will spearhead the integration and optimization of Lexis Nexis solutions focused on enhancing digital security across multiple platforms including mobile, portal, and call centers. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Lexis Nexis vendor and internal Healthfirst / Clinical Data Exchange (CDE) delivery teams, leveraging your expertise in digital solutions and security to drive product strategy and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning Lexis Nexis solutions with Healthfirst's business objectives. Translate complex business needs into a clear product roadmap.
  • Expertise in digital and security domains – specifically ability to think through workflows related to implementation of Lexis Nexis security features on Mobile, Portal and Call center experiences
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison among internal teams (IT, security, compliance), external vendors, and business units to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize high-impact features, and refine user stories with a balance of technical and customer experience considerations.
  • Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance: Ensure technical specifications are accurately implemented and collaborate with QA teams to uphold high standards in security and performance.
  • Release Planning: Coordinate product releases, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Customer Experience and Feedback: Enhance user experience by integrating customer feedback into product development, focusing on security-related workflows.
  • Scaled Agile Leadership: Implement and lead Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends, especially those relevant to Lexis Nexis products and digital security.
