Your missions

Fraud Prevention: Conduct initial investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering evidence and preparing reports for further action. Work closely with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure that all potential fraud cases are handled according to company protocols and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention policies and procedures, providing feedback based on frontline experiences.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
Experience in fraud detection or prevention is highly desirable.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations tactfully.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Personal Attributes:
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to protecting customer information.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
