Your missions

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Project Manager II. This is a 6 month + contract and 100% remote position located in Irvine, CA.

Summary:

Our team focuses on the rep experience and development for the sales team.
We are responsible for the strategic foundation of programs, tools, resources and support that enable our sales team's success.
Balancing rep experience + business needs.

Responsibilities:

This position will help support and project manage some of our Frontline Sales policies, projects and processes, ensuring the projects meet deliverables by deadlines.
They will help in the launch of new initiatives specific to the Sales Team.
In addition, this position may assist with ongoing processes (tracking, reconciling, etc).
Help project manage new frontline sales processes and policies (tasks, deadlines, approvals).
Assist in planning for Sales Summit and President's Club.
Help manage device and uniform process for frontline sales.

Requirements:

3+ years of Project Management experience.
A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Strong organization, communication and time management skills.
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with budget planning.
