Oracle EPM Enterprise Performance Management Lead

Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite - 3 days from Client Office)

Client is seeking an Oracle EPM Enterprise Performance Management Lead with strong knowledge of ERP finance, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Preferred candidates will have experience in both the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle EPM initiatives, focusing on finance-related modules.
  • Utilize expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in solution architecture.
  • Manage and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of ERP finance modules within Oracle EBS.
  • Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
  • Preferred experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
