Systems Architecture Consulting - Managing Systems Architect

Client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to join our dynamic solutions team. This remote role is available for candidates in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC following industry standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other GRC tools.
• Create and customize ServiceNow workflows, modules, and third-party risk assessment tools.
• Develop GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training on best practices for GRC in ServiceNow.
• Maintain audit trails and reports for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration of GRC requirements into technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (implementation, integration, enhancement).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or GRC.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM, GRC/IRM.
• ITIL v3 certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
