Your missions

We are seeking a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity (DR/BC) Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining effective DR/BC plans to ensure the organization's ability to recover from disruptions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business operations, IT systems, and risk management principles, and will work closely with various departments to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive DR/BC plans, including business impact assessments, recovery strategies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate DR/BC exercises and testing to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans.
  • Assist in the ongoing lifecycle management of DR/BC plans, ensuring they remain current and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on all DR/BC activities.

    • Requirements
  • Strong understanding of DR/BC concepts and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DR/BC plans.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and business impact analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications in DR/BC (e.g., CBCP, MBCI).
  • Experience with IT disaster recovery technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
