Job Title: Enrollment Associate (Temporary 6 months or longer)

Pay Rate: 17.00-17.50
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 16.00-17.50 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance

In this role you will be responsible for:
-Review incomplete applications and source missing data through internal/external systems and/or member outreach
-Process changes to member records, such as address changes, premium withholding updates, etc.
Requirements for this role include:
1+ year of experience in Medicare, insurance, banking, or similarly regulated industry
Ability to process tasks using multiple monitors
Ability to work independently
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to abide by enrollment/disenrollment regulations
Preferences:
-Experience with Medicare Advantage
-Prior knowledge of ikaSystems
