Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, and implement GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and strong development skills. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to customize and enhance the platform to meet business needs, focusing on risk management, compliance, and audit functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Development & Customization:
    • Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
    • Customize ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and scripts to meet specific business requirements.
    • Implement custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies for GRC solutions.
  • Integration:
    • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems, handling data imports, exports, and synchronization processes.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Technical Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and best practices.
    • Document customizations and configurations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow GRC-related issues.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and quality of GRC solutions.
    • Deploy changes to production environments following established change management processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules.
    • Proven experience in developing custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and platform architecture.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and experience with Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
    • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP).
    • Proficiency in building custom UI pages, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC preferred.
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow Application Developer or Integration Hub are a plus.
