We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Event Travel Administrator to join our team.

As a Remote Event Travel Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all travel arrangements for various events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. This incredible commission based business opportunity is open to candidates who are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel services.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage travel logistics for events, including booking flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with event organizers and stakeholders to understand specific travel requirements and preferences for participants.
  • Research and negotiate with vendors and travel partners to secure cost-effective and high-quality travel solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel itineraries, contact information, and relevant documents for all event participants.
  • Provide timely assistance and support to participants, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to addressing participant inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and online platforms to streamline the booking and coordination process.
  • Laptop and/or Smartphone Required.
