Are you a recent graduate eager to start your career as an Occupational Therapist? We have an exciting opportunity for an early-career Occupational Therapist seeking a structured and supportive graduate program in the community sector. 360 GO spans a full year, developed in collaboration with clinical and educational experts and informed by feedback from past graduates. It's crafted to offer a nurturing, personalised journey tailored to your growth. Here’s a snapshot of your Graduate year at National 360:
  • Week 1 - Simulated Practice: Our Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session. Week 1 allows you to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them.
  • Weeks 2-12 – Experiential Discovery: The best way to master the art of therapy is through experiential discovery – a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations. Weeks 2-12 are all about connecting new information to existing knowledge, with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
  • Weeks 13-26 – Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through engaging in immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Speech Pathology subject matter experts.
  • Weeks 27-52 – Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise in Paediatrics, home modifications, housing, clinical quality or assistive technology, dive into our L&D Programs for leadership roles or maintain a diverse caseload. We’ll be with you each step along the way.   
SUPERVISION & SUPPORT
We're renowned for offering industry-leading supervision and support, alongside diverse learning opportunities to develop Australia's top Allied Health professionals. As a 360 Graduate, you'll benefit from:
  • Observational sessions: Before you start with clients, observe experienced therapists to understand the entire client process.
  • Joint appointments: Initial client sessions are completed with your Clinical Supervisor for real-time support and feedback.
  • Self-directed learning: Access our extensive online library curated by Clinical Practice Advisors and Clinical Leads.
  • 2 hours of weekly Clinical Supervision: Regular 1:1 meetings, group supervision for peer learning, and detailed support for reviewing reports and therapy plans.
  • Weekly Team Leader Support: Personalised guidance on organizational procedures, goal setting, and maintaining work-life balance.
  • Unlimited mentoring: Access to educational presentations, Q&A sessions, and clinical consultations with our Clinical Practice Advisors.
