Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and data driven Paid Media Specialist to join our Australia-based marketing team. Operating from the Philippines, the Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid media for various campaigns with a primary focus on Google search. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in paid media, particularly in search engine marketing (SEM). Experience with Google Things to Do, and Google Shopping is essential, in addition to basic skills in Meta advertising. As part of the team, you'll gain exposure to a fast-paced global scale-up, with opportunities to learn and expand your skillsets across the full range of marketing functions.



Job Highlights:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm Victoria Time with 30 minutes paid break
• Client Timezone: VIC


Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Search.
• Manage and optimize Google Things to Do and Google Shopping campaigns.
• The candidate will be required to show the implementation of this in interview exercise amongst other tasks.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Help to develop testing backlogs and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Utilize automation tools and scripting to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Create data visualizations and in-depth reports using tools like Google Data Studio.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and digital marketing.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in SEM.
• Integrate campaigns across multiple channels and utilize attribution modeling to optimize budgets.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
• Assist with Meta advertising campaigns as needed.
• Assist with technical SEO management

• Google Tag Manager and technical skillset to tag more complex conversion
points



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media, specifically in search engine marketing.
• Proven experience with Google Search, Google Things to Do, and Google Shopping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience with Meta advertising is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in automation tools and basic scripting knowledge.
• Experience with advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in SEM.
• Knowledge of omni-channel marketing and attribution modeling.
• Awareness of data privacy regulations and cookieless advertising strategies.
