🔽 지원방법

이베이재팬 인재풀에 등록된 지원서는 유관 포지션이 발생할 경우 우선적으로 검토해드리고 있습니다.
혹 후보자님의 경험과 채용 중인 특정 포지션이 적합한 경우, 채용절차 진행을 위해 개별 연락 드릴 예정입니다.
기본정보 (이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 이전 경험, 경력기간, 지원분야) 는 필수 기입이며, 이력서 제출은 선택입니다.
경력기간의 경우 간략히 작성해주셔도 무방하며, 기타 필수항목 기입 시 준비되시지 않은 서류가 있다면 메모장 등 빈 파일로 제출도 가능합니다.
다양한 포지션에 중복 지원을 희망하실 경우라도, 가장 희망하시는 포지션을 기재해주시면 해당 포지션이 오픈될 시 우선적으로 고려해드릴 예정입니다.

✅ 채용절차 및 유의사항

이베이재팬의 일반적인 채용절차는 서류전형 > 직무테스트(온라인 코딩테스트 등 일부 포지션 진행 시) > 1차 면접(역량면접) > 2차 면접(리더면접) 으로 진행됩니다.
국가 보훈대상자와 장애인 지원자분의 경우 관련 법령과 증빙서류에 기반하여 우대해드립니다.
채용절차의 세부사항은 내부 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있으며, Step별 합격자에 한해 개별적으로 연락 드립니다.
