Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for contract repository platform management and its integration with other platforms like Salesforce and Ironclad.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the legal team websites and knowledge base.
  • Support in legal remediation projects and work closely with the commercial teams in training and procedure building.
  • Lead the planning and organization of training for the legal team, including new hire training and ongoing monthly product/commercial training.
  • Work with the BT team to identify and fix gaps/problems during the use of legal ticketing systems.
  • Responsible for other operation matters like vendor management, legal request process, team meeting management, etc.
  • Responsible for the build and improvement of legal reports and dashboards.
  • Assist the Associate General Counsel in designing and maintaining optimized legal processes, including, e.g., identifying, developing, and implementing process efficiencies through standardization and automation.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and similar resources for the legal team.

Qualifications:

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proactive and the ability to drive projects.

Strong business analytical and engineering skills.

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in legal operations.

Preferred:

Work experience in tech companies is preferred.

Experience as a paralegal or business analyst is preferred.

Understanding of legal tech or AI tools (for legal) is preferred.

The approximate annual compensation range is $93,000.00 - $125,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
